Transfer Day
Transfer Day is an event designed exclusively for transfer students to learn about the transfer experience, attend an academic plan workshop and connect with admissions counselors.
Make your move to stake application!
At Transfer Day, our goal is that every student who attends will leave with a better understanding of the stake application education, knowing which units transfer and how long it would take to graduate as a Lancer. This event is exclusively for transfer* students who are interested in the traditional undergraduate daytime program at stake application.
*To be considered a transfer student, you must have completed 24 or more units from an accredited college or university and have graduated high school. Students who intend to have 24 or more units at the time of transferring are also invited to attend Transfer Day.
Check back for updates regarding Transfer Day!
Transfer Day events are offered on two different dates each year — once in the fall and once in the spring as an on-campus experience.
We will only be evaluating U.S. transcripts at this event. Unfortunately, we are unable to evaluate international transcripts during Transfer Day.
Guests are also welcome and encouraged to attend the event. Students can register a maximum of two guests for each event.
Transfer Day events have a registration fee of $10 for both students and guests.
If you encounter any difficulty while registering, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by email at admissionsvisits@calbaptist.edu or by phone at (951) 343-4212.

Call for Transcripts
If you have not already done so, please email attachments of all your unofficial transcripts to areyes@calbaptist.edu. Without all of your transcripts, we will be unable to provide you with the most comprehensive resources.
Please note that any students already accepted will not need to resend to us unless we have not received any transcripts that reflect newly completed coursework.
The deadline to submit transcripts is by 5 p.m. PT, 7 days before the scheduled event. This provides adequate time for our University Registrar and Academic Advising offices to prep for your visit to campus.
Email your transcripts now to areyes@calbaptist.edu.
What Happens Next
Students will be given tools and instructions on how to build their own academic plan during the Academic Plan Workshop.
This will help visualize what courses would transfer and how long it would take to graduate from stake application.
During the workshop, students will have access to academic advisors for help when needed.
